Once a prime field-hockey high school star, Michelle was cubnapped in March of 1999. Taught by Dreamrunners, Robert, and Andrea, she fought in her first major battle before her Rite, in a battle to free the Umbral bridge from banes. She also defended the flag during the capture-the-flag revel. She was Rited during the Child of Gaia trip to their Homeland.
After the Riting, she participated in the killing of the fomori that was once the Child of Gaia cub Mick. Another set of river-fomori were tackled by her and Rides-Fire, on the bawn, delayed by them until sufficient numbers of Garou arrived to kill them.
One of the several who captured Carma (until then wandering loose), she took the cub back to Quiet and, when Quiet arranged for Carma to learn from the Children of Gaia, took a small role in the cub's training.
During the first trip to Seattle to assist them, prior to opening the Seattle Moonbridge, Michelle and Dreamrunners participated in the attack against several vampires. One, she killed using a fire talen.
She joined Dreamrunners at the same time as Rides-Fire, being presented together to Reisig.
The river bane that had corrupted Mick was attacked by a large force of Garou, who were forced to go underwater to face it. Michelle guarded their rear with five others, coordinating their organization in conjunction with advice from Jewel.
With Dreamrunners and several others, she went on the hunt for the vampire Tibor; though she did not attack him directly, she killed several of the 'children' he was creating in the warehouse.
During preparations for an attack on the DNA complex, all of Dreamrunners (except Derrick, then presumed captured) participated in the summoning of both an earth elemental (a *very* big one) and some fire elementals. She bears a scar on her right arm, from wrist halfway down to her elbow, from the latter summoning.
On the night of the attack, the pack once again participated in summoning the earth elemental to conclude the agreement with him. They also were participants in the massacre of the DNA complex humans. Michelle organized a cleanup effort to reduce the likelihood of any evidence being left behind by the Garou.
